Q1: What is Tabasaurus?

Tabasaurus is an adorable dinosaur-themed accessory collection that features earrings, necklaces, pins, and more. All of the pieces are handmade with love and feature unique designs for a one-of-a-kind look.


Q2: What materials are used to make Tabasaurus?

​

 All of the pieces in the Tabasaurus collection are made with quality materials, including stainless steel, glass, acrylic, and resin.


Q3: How do I care for my Tabasaurus pieces?

​

 To ensure your Tabasaurus pieces stay in perfect condition, please avoid getting them wet, and store them in a cool, dry place.

​

Q: Does Tabasaurus accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns on any of our products, including prints, apparel, accessories and original works of art.

​

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the size guide listed in the product description to make sure you order the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
   Yes, we offer custom orders for some of our products. Please contact us for more information.

Q: What if my Item is damaged? 
 If your order arrives damaged, please email hi@tabasaurus.com with a description of the error and photos. We will review the claim and process a refund, minus shipping, to your original payment method. You may also opt for store credit.

Q: How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the damaged item.

 

Q: Can I cancel My order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if you find that you have made an error, please reach out immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  


Q: When will I receive my order? 
Once received, orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Selected shipping method typically spans 12-16 weeks depending on the location of the vendor.

Q: What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees. We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

Q: It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address.

Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order. If you need your tracking information sent again, send me an email with your order number or phone number associated, and I'll be glad to help.! :}

 

Q: Order is marked as delivered - but not there.

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. I'm here to help problem solve though, so please send me an email at hi@tabasaurus.com

 

Product disclaimers:

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Policies:

We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, but due to the natural variations in the manufacturing process, the physical product may slightly vary from what is shown on the website.

Our accessories are made with materials that are of the highest quality, however, some natural wear and tear can be expected. We cannot guarantee the longevity of your product, as this is subject to individual use.

We do our best to ensure that all products are shipped in perfect condition, however, if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

We strongly advise customers to read the product description carefully before making a purchase. The customer is responsible for any additional costs or fees arising from an incorrect order.
